Choice Magazine Listening is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing, at no cost, the best in current magazine writing to people with print disabilities. We collect personal information about our listeners only to enable us to deliver our quarterly magazine anthology and to meet our legal obligations under copyright law. The following is intended to inform you about how we use the information we collect.

What Information Do We Collect?

When you subscribe to Choice Magazine Listening or fill out other forms on our website, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, and/or phone number. You may also be asked questions meant to help you get started, such as whether you have the special free player needed to listen to CML.

What Do We Use Your Information For?

Information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

● To process your free subscription to Choice Magazine Listening. Your information, whether public or private, will never be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of processing your free subscription to CML.

● To send periodic emails. The email address you provide to us may be used to send you information pertaining to your free subscription, as well as occasional updates to help you access and enjoy CML.
